Our factory covers an area of 42000 square meters and has a standardized workshop building of 20000 square meters. We have multiple production equipment such as CNC laser cutting machines, bending machines, shearing machines, Workshop lifting equipment, launching crane, milling machine, more than 30 pcs welding machines. All equipment are internationally advanced. Allheart have 3 independent production teams, which can simultaneously produce 15 types of ships. We have quality assurance capabilities such as welding seam penetration inspection process, oil tank sealing experiment process, ship sealing experiment, and paint thickness testing process. All standard boat products have passed the Europe CE safety certification and ISO9001 international quality system certification. About 50% aluminum boats exported to more than 30 countries and regions, such as the Australia, New zealand, United States, Middle East and Europe countries.
